Reverie the Label Rewards Program - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Reverie Rewards Program! By participating in our rewards program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Program Overview
The Reverie Rewards Program is designed to reward our valued customers for their engagement and purchases with Reverie the Label. Members can earn points through a variety of activities and redeem them for discounts.

Eligibility
To participate in the Rewards Program, you must have a registered account with Reverie the Label rewards account. Membership in the program is free, and points earned are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Earning Points
Members earn points by completing qualifying actions. Points earned are as follows:

• Write a Product Review: Earn 150 points for each product review submitted via the review your recent purchase email link only (reviews are subject to approval).
• Follow on Instagram: Earn 50 points by following our official Instagram account.
• Like on Facebook: Earn 50 points by liking our official Facebook page.
• Sign-Up Bonus: Earn 100 points upon joining the rewards program.
• Celebrate a Birthday: Earn 200 points on your birthday (must be entered in your profile at least 30 days prior).
• Referrals: Successfully refer a friend and both you and your friend will receive a $20.00 off coupon for future purchases.

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases according to the following redemption values:

500 Points: $10.00 discount
1000 Points: $20.00 discount
1500 Points: $30.00 discount
2000 Points: $40.00 discount
2500 Points: $50.00 discount

Each discount can be used once and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or offers. Points cannot be redeemed for shipping fees or gift card purchases.

VIP Program
The VIP Program offers members the opportunity to earn additional rewards based on annual spend with Reverie the Label.

VIP level is determined based on annual spend, with each tier earning additional points to enhance the rewards experience. Annual spend resets each year. 

General Conditions
Point Expiration: Points will expire 12 months from the date they are earned.

Account Cancellation: Reverie the Label reserves the right to cancel or modify a member's account and the points balance if any fraudulent or unauthorised activity is detected.

Program Changes: Reverie the Label may modify, restrict, or discontinue the Rewards Program and any terms at any time without prior notice.
